• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

sure you can. i lost a total of 50 pounds so far. i started to eat a little more then i was eating and the weight loss stopped. as a matter of fact i gained 2 pounds. very upset about that. i can't get motivated to exercise no matter what i do. my main diet now is either tuna or chicken in a can, with a lil mayo and relish. i also have protein bars and shakes i have from time to time.
 
try to limit the mayo (as good as it is) as much as possible, and great to hear about the 50 lb loss.

:congrats: on your weight loss, so far, John. Hang in there and keep doing as they recommend, and I'm sure you'll continue to progress. I also have trouble wanting to exercise. But it will really help in the long run.

i had weight loss surgery, it is called a sleeve. they removed most of my stomach and left me with a 4 oz sleeve
 
My daughter went through the gastric bypass surgery years ago. Pretty drastic deal. Life altering is probably an understatement. Holler if I can help.

Great news...

Every little bit helps and there will be ups and downs so hang in there...cut the mayo down add a little mustard and curry powder..to the chicken and I also add some chopped onion and dill pickle. Hang in there your doing great...:2thumbs:
 
Good luck with it and congrats on the 50 pounds... I know it's hard but try to find an exercise plan u may like...Zumba or any of those that may not feel like exercise.
 
Down 50 is very good. Always going to be some glitches. You are heading in the right direction though. :bowdown::bowdown::firstplace::firstplace:
