• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2015 F3Se turn signal LED bulbs

Steamer

New member
I just received some Amber LED replacement bulbs for my F3S-2015.
i tried a search with no luck so......how do you access the bulbs for a change out to LED?

Push the key IN and turn it to the right and the Rear seat will pop lose. Turn the plastic piece holding the bulb counterclockwise and change the bulb!
Good Luck???

Ooops:banghead: neglected to say that I am trying to change the Amber bulbs for the rear view mirror turn signals.
Thanks for you response.

There is one screw that holds the lens in place, remove the screw and pull out on the leans at the screw location. You will be pulling out at the corner of the lens and then slide the lens to the outside as there is a slot on the inside that holds the lens. Replace bulb as you would any other reinstall lens making sure you get the lens in the slot on the inside.

Rapid Blinker Correction

Fencepost, thanks. Seems pretty easy. Now will look up how to cure hyper flash.
This works no need to use resistors.

Should your blinkers go into Hyper-flash, you can try the following procedure to fix this.
1. Turn the bike on.
2. Hold down the hazard light switch on for 30-45 seconds.
3. Turn the hazards off and put the right signal on and turn the bike off right after the first blink on the blinker.
4. Repeat the same process for the left side.
