:agree::agree::agree: .........To save all of you time ..... just read page #7 of the article...... All my V-twins and now my 1330 have run quite fine on 87 .............. Mike :thumbup:Good Article. I normally run 87 in my Spyder. Runs great.
A loud discussion of octane, is always a good way to start the new year! nojoke
Folks can strap on their self-righteousness, and prepare for the oil, tire, helmet, speed limit, and safety gear discussions that follow.
usually run 91 octane but have had to purchase gas in some rural areas that only have one pump and was obliged to purchase 87 I couldn't detect any difference in the performance of the roadster I don't believe it makes a big difference.

Ok!
Oil, Rotella T6 in the triples
Tires, Yokohama
Helmet, of course
Speed Limit is a suggestion
All the gear, all the time.
If anyone does not agree with the above, your just wrong. Give up and get on board.
