Bought my Elka II Rear shock a few months back and was anticipating (and a little dreading as well, LOL) the install. Now, with Fall weather here, cooler temps, and with a few down riding days, it was a good day for the install. Fingers Crossed big time!
I'm not new at removing all the tupperware, done it many times in the past, so that made it quite a bit quicker. All in all, it took me roughly 3 & 1/2 hours, start to finish, with a much needed quick coffee break in between.
My dreaded install turned out to be pretty smooth. I even took it for a nice little ride thereafter to check out the new install and enjoy the
breeze.
Many thanks to the Forum members, who, with their input and install suggestions, made for a pretty easy process.
