How do you contact 7Jurock windshields? Shipping times?

How do you contact 7Jurock windshields? On the website they say they ship within 6 business days but I ordered mine in March and have not heard from them since. I have tried to call them for days and they do not answer the phone. This does not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling about their business practices. I did get a survey asking how I liked my new windshield, What new windshield? Rant over.

I did a couple of Google searches, and then went to the 7jurock website (https://www.7jurock.com/) and found this on their home page:

During this time of the year we experience longer order processing times. Our order processing to ship lead time may take up to 9 business days (from the date it was ordered). This is why we have a longer than normal handling time stated on all our listings.

Since they don't answer the phone, have you sent an email inquiry to the address on the website?

I have sent e-mail and the charge cleared on 4-1-26. I would feel better if I had any contact at all with them regarding my order. I did receive a notice asking me to review my new windshield.

This could be true. Spring riding here in Western NY is not much fun with no windshield. Maybe I am being a tad impatient,
