Welcome to the Weekend Weather News from Indiana.
Currently Raining here in the local area. Been raining for
20 minutes so far. Also had a lot of lightning/thunder,
the real deal. If you get the meno. The temperature is 72°F.

The weather people are saying this could be a 6 hour
activitie. So the afternoon is scheduled to be mostly clear.
This would work for me. I have some outdoor projects that
need some attention.

Today's high of 81°F and some sunshine.
Low at 66°F seems like a good thing.

Sunday's high at 82°F is okay.
Low of 54°F is interesting.
I think that 65°F would be better.
Just wanted to say my thoughts on
the temperatures. You never know
what will happen .

Welcome to Monday morning here in Indiana.
Sunday was a beautiful dry day and I enjoyed
my Spyder Ryde Time. Just couldn't believe all
the trees are starting to turn on the colors. I think
that the season is about 3 to 4 weeks early here.

Currently clear sky and 57°F. A friendly temperature
for a Spyder Ryde. I hope you can enjoy some Ryde
Time today. Anyhow be safe and watch out for the
cagers. They are everywhere and Not seeing us.

High today of 77°F with lots of sunshine.
Low 61°F and sunny.
Good sleeping temperatures.

It's currently 91 degrees here in the Arid-Zone-A desert. Humidity is 44%, skies are partly cloudy, and there is a 5 MPH breeze. The high today will be 100 and the overnight low will be 80 degrees. There's a very slight chance of an afternoon shower. It looks like we're starting to get into some Fall weather leaving 110+ summer temperatures behind. Stay safe..... Jim

Well here in Vermont, we will have clear skies and calm winds. Tonight will bring the crispest air of the season so far across Vermont and the North County, prompting a Frost Advisory for parts of the Adirondacks and North East Kingdom. The temp quickly rebound Tuesday and Wednesday under high pressure, delivering a classic stretch of bright Sept. weather. Unsetlled weather returns Thursday, as a warm front brings shower chances followed by cooler, autumn-like conditions, and rain changes for the weekend.

Tonight, it will be lear and cold, with patchy frost. Temps in the low 40's, to mid upper 30's.

Tuesday will be bright and pleasant, with day time highs in the upper 70's and lows in the upper 50's.

Wednesday will be warm and comfortable, with temps in the upper 70's and lows in the upper 50's.

Thursday and beyond, a warm front will be approaching the region, so Thursday brings increasing clouds and a 50% chance of light rain showers through Thursday night, with high temps reaching the mid 70's. The High pressure shifts across Quebec on Friday, bringing a refreshing breeze, mostly sunny skies, and pleasant highs near the 70's before the lows drop into the upper 40's on Friday night. An approaching weather system brings a cool and showery weekend pattern across Vermont and the North Country.

Saturday features partly sunny skies with highs near the upper 60's and scattered showers turning into widespread light rain with highs held in the mid upper 60's. Lingering showers continue into next Monday, with highs remaining cool in the mid 60's.

Currently it is cloudy, with temps in the upper 70's.

I remember those temperatures when I was in Vermont and New Hampshire visiting with relatives. Several years ago at our 'Reunion Trip'. They said to bring hot, warm, and cold temperature clothing. I was glad for the tip.

Well yesterday's sunshine was great and I enjoyed some Spyder Ryde Time. I hope you were able to get a Ryde.
Maybe get a chance today
I hope so.

WOW! We got a very loud, flashing thunderstorm (monsoon) last night between 9 and 10PM. Lots of rain. There is another monsoon storm expected tonight and through most of tomorrow. That'll cool things down, which is good. But it also brings flooding to local canyons. Some of the flash floods happen very quickly and are life threatening. Currently it's 91 degrees, mostly sunny, 5 MPH breeze, and humidity at 40%. The high today will be 97. It's taken me a few days to get re-acclimated to desert weather after being gone for 82 days. I have to concentrate on always having a big cup of ice water with me and to continually sip it even when I don't feel thirsty. That's something that has become routine from years living in the desert. But also, something that I neglected while spending the summer in the Pacific Northwest. Stay safe..... Jim

85 degrees and very heavy thunderstorms here in Mesa, AZ today. The forecast is for dryer weather by this evening. But right now, it's raining more than an inch/hour with loud sound effects. Stay safe..... Jim

I am currently at the Lakes of the Ozark Bike Rally and it is hot. Air temps in the mid to upper 90’s with the feels like temps running from 102 degrees to 106 degrees. Got caught in a downpour on my way to eat supper and got soaked. At lest it dropped the temps some.

This morning we have 72°F with lots of clouds. The humidity makes it fell
wet. I am getting ready to begin my morning ryde. The sun will be up around
7:27am. So I will head east for a little while. Then turn south and meet up with a friend.
He wants to do breakfast at Dennys. So I said I would meet him there. Dennys has a
a good tasting deal.

High today of 90°F with some clouds.
Low at 68°F and cloudy sky.
No rain in my local area weather.

Yesterday we had nearly 4 inches of rain here. The amounts vary in different valley locations, but where I live got hit the hardest. Fortunately, I'm not in a flood-prone place. This morning it's mostly cloudy, humidity at 88%, 75 degrees, and a 5 MPH breeze. There is no rain in the forecast. The skies will clear somewhat and become partly sunny by this afternoon. High temperature will get to 92 as we dry out later today. Stay safe.....Jim

Finally Friday here in Indiana. The forecast for today is looking very nice. Currently overcast sky
at 70°F. A little bit of fog looking across the road.
I will delay this mornings Spyder Ryde Time.
Not a fan of ryding in fog.

High today of 77°F and cloudy.
Low at 63°F and mostly cloudy.
Maybe get some yard work done.
Might even get the vehicles washed.

It's always a good thing to spend time with friends. I did a lot of visiting this summer while in the Pacific Northwest. At my age, I treat each visit like it will be the last time. And, all too often, that happens. Each of the last two summers I attended life celebrations for very close friends/relatives.

The weather here in the Arid-Zone-A desert is beautiful this morning. Currently sunny, 91 degrees, 5 MPH breeze, and humidity at 42%. The high today will be 100 and the overnight low will be 75 degrees. There is no rain in the forecast. I'm finally almost up to date with my domestic chores after being gone for most of the summer. It's amazing just how much needs to be done... yard work, washing, cleaning, unpacking, re-organizing, etc. Got one more small item on my to-do list for today, and then it's back to my regularly scheduled routine. This is the WEEKEND Weather from Indiana. Currently cloudy sky at 68°F.
Now calling for some rain showers this afternoon. We received a ten minute rain shower yesterday late afternoon.
Just enough to make everything wet and raise the humidity to 98%.

Today's high will be 84°F with clouds.
Low at 69°F and cloudy.
The days are getting shorter and sunset is coming sooner every day.
But that's the way the world turns.

Sunday's high is 84°F with clouds.
Low of 60°F with clouds.
Possible chance of early morning rain and then we could get some late afternoon rain showers.
Time will tell about the rain.

FALL is just around the corner. This coming week is the start of FALL.
The trees have been loosing their leaves since the first day of September here in Indiana. Do to the dry spell we are having.

Rain, rain, and guess what? More rain. It's already rained two inches worth since midnight and it's still coming down! An inch an hour at the moment.

It was pouring down at 5:30 this morn and the dogs needed to go out. Crap! Yes, that too.

I opened the back door to let them out, they ran to the door and took one look outside, nope! Hell no, we ain't going out in that!

Fortunately, for all, the rain let up for a few mins, just enough time to get out and do what needs to be done. They both did their things quickly and ran back inside just as a HUGE thunderclap sounded. Time for breakfast!

Up at the north end of the valley there was a tornado. Fortunately it was at the base of the mountains and didn’t cause any damage to homes. That’s pretty rare for here.

Someone was killed by lightning climbing to the top of Mt. Timpanogos at almost 12,000 feet.

I stayed indoors.

I got lucky, weather-wise, transiting your part of the country. Drove through after the extreme heat and before the extreme wet. But traffic-wise, driving through the SLC area is one of my least favorite places. I routinely go East at Spanish Fork up the canyon to 89 and south to Kanab. Much more relaxed and enjoyable. And I do enjoy the small towns along that route. There was a lot of flooding debris and evidence alongside of the road in many areas. Very glad I was not there for that event!

Only a couple of weeks before our "winter" car shows begin for another season. I need to get busy detailing my old blue pony after it's summer gallop to the N.W. Stay safe..... Jim
