• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Go=Pro to the rescue. Had some extra mounts laying around for the go-pro and came up with this

One go-pro curved adhesive mount, one 90 degree angled camera holder and one of Kens bottle holders with a hole drilled thru the top arms. Removable and doesnt take away from the looks of the Spyder.

Might be a good place to heat your water for soup but I don't think it will be to good for drinking. :yikes:

I have the winglets removed so I get a breeze across there. Good thinking so I will need to do some real-road tests today..LOL

Doc, I have one of thse for passengers and the one I modified was one of his too. Great minds think alike. I just tag along behind you and Ken..LOL

I just had my side panel off in that area and you should be fine Dave. Not much heat in that area near as I can tell.

I knew you would come up with something :2thumbs:

Looking at these pictures, I'm wondering if this bottle holder would effectively clamp to the passenger grab rails.....any idea? Thanks, Steve
Yes it does: passenger rails, handlebars, RAM ball...:doorag:

"Looking at these pictures, I'm wondering if this bottle holder would effectively clamp to the passenger grab rails.....any idea?"

Yes--- it clamps on just fine.

Ken was selling them for $20 in Chicago--- many of us bought them and I really like mine--- better than a previous 'swivel' Ram mount one I have.

They will easily clamp onto the rails--- Ken has 3 on his bike all the time.... :D

I got one on my passenger side also, works great!

I never did get around asking him, Why he had 3 on his? He must get mighty thirsty :2thumbs:

Too much stuff hanging in space I use for other stuff. I added a ram mount to my Madstad brackets and use the Kury cup holder + a SS cup and flex straw. I fill it with coffee early, then change to ice as the day progresses and warms.

Easy to get to, and easy to remove when you're not on the road.

Just my $0.02 :chat:

Question for Dave

Not to get off your subject but..... is that cruise control I see on your left handle bar? I have the se5 and looking for cruise control. If i'm seeing it rite where did you get it?
