• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Motorcycle Hits Deer @ 85 mph | Helmet Cam

The slo-mo at the end is amazing... no idea how he held it together.

I do like the one comment "Thumbs up for full leathers".

I've got to give him credit for keeping the bike up!
That was a heckuva shot to the front of the bike! :yikes:

VERY impressive indeed. :yikes:

I'd say that guy's lucky enough to play the lottery, but of course, he already won...

I didn't see where anybody killed the deer. I am sure it as probably still alive. unless neck broken. hoping SOMBODY pulled it off the road farther, otherwise another accident looking for a happening!! Nice job that rider did. kept it upright.:yikes:

Nahhh... This deer didn't make it. Without going into details to upset the squeamish; go back and view the video in its entirety. I'ts there.. .R.I.P.

Watching the video brings back memories of 2 years ago in Colorado I hit a deer at 65 miles per hour on my Goldwing I hit it in much the same way except it demolished my rt headlight all the plastic in front and the side plastic & radiator.I managed to stay up and bring the bike to a halt.It was a big deer that managed to get up and run after 5 mins of lying there.
$7000 paid by insurance and 3 weeks later the bike looked new.
I did another 30000 miles on it before trading it on the RT.
i now have a contraption that is on the bike lets out a whine and 3 times this past couple of months deer have come out and u turned so it seems to have worked. It is connected to the battery.

:agree: You really don't even see the impact until it's all slowed down... These things happen way too quickly! :yikes: :gaah:

hurry to leave

Can't help but wonder about the comment about leaving before the cops got there. Didn't appear to be doing anything wrong except speeding ??
