• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Corbin Heated Seat

+1 for Corbin Heated Seat. I love the seat, have the Lamonster Cut, I haven't used the heat, but the wife and daughter love it.

I had and will have a Corbin seat. My first one was not heated. I thought about getting a heated this next time, but I live in Flarda, and I just couldn't see the need for a heated seat down here. (pssst. Don't tell my wife I just said that).
I guess I'll eat some humble crow when I'm in the mountains freezing my butt off, and Cindy is beating my helmet saying she's cold.

I've been wondering... I know it places the rider in a different position. But... What is Lamonster's cut on the Corbin?

The Lamonster cut, the seat is shaped like a tractor seat with the center part scooped out some. Also you sit about 2 inches back further. You sit in the seat not on top of it like the factory seat. It is very comfortable for me. I can ride all day long and not have pain in my butt. With the stock seat in a couple of hours I am aching.

I also recommend having the passenger seat scooped out a bit. My wife is not an "Olive Oil", but certainly not a "Roseanne Barr" either. She found herself sliding a bit. Consequently, I'm having the passenger seat scooped a bit too.
