• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Hi forum members! Question? I have a 2013 RT. What other year mufflers are the same as the 2013? Please let me know. I have a friend who wants to fabricate a custom exhaust system, Thanks:doorag:

i'm NOT 100% +, but i think all RT's have the same muffler... :dontknow:
i've altered a few, if u need more info u can PM me, and i'll walk you thru it....

i 'gutted' this one, and shortened it by 7"...
the 'sound' is just mildly louder... the CAT will quiet any muffler... so if you're looking for 'loud' you'll need to bypass the CAT...

You can always lay the chrome heatshields on the OEM...
ALL of the 2013s now use the exhaust configuration that has been used previously in all of the RT models...

Not looking for sound so much..but something in a chromed body. Thanks for you input though.:doorag:

CONTACT your nearest chrome plating shop and have them chrome the entire muffler.... no that would b unique....

Chrome shops these days will rarely chrome a used muffler or exhaust pipe. The carbon contaminates their plating solution, renering it useless. Disposal and replacement is far to expensive to waste a batch.

I personally like the looks of the stock muffler (yeah, I'm strange) LOL But would bypassing the cat make it just a little louder ? Thanks
