Your Weather News @ July Edition 2025

Sunny and 61 here in Anacortes, WA. The high will be 66 today. It's a little breezy, 8 MPH with gusts to 15. There is a pretty good size rain storm off shore that will bring rain starting about 8 PM tonight and through tomorrow. I'm all stocked up on rainy-day comfort food for tomorrow. Actually, looking forward to a rainy day. It's been a long time for me. Today I'm heading to the little tourist town of La Conner for lunch. I don't like fighting the crowds, but the fresh seafood is worth it. Stay safe..... Jim

Well here in Vermont the weather for the rest of this week will be muggy, hot, humid. Daytime temps in the 80's & 90's. Lows in the 60's, muggy.
No rain in the forecast.

Deanna

Happy Wednesday to you. Mostly sunny with lower humidity. I will take it easy and maybe get a Spyder Ryde Time today. Currently 70°F and some clouds.

High today of 83°F with a 20% chance of evening rain showers.
Low at 65°F. Good sleeping temperature.
Hope all is well with you.

Still Praying for those who lost love ones in the Texas Flooding 🙏.
Be prepared for anything.
Till Next Time my Spyder Friend. (y)

The predicted rain did eventually happen here in Anacortes, but it came much later than expected. It's a soggy N.W. day. I'd forgotten how wet things can get in this drizzle. I never heard the rain falling. It's more like just wet air. Currently: 58 degrees, 5 MPH breeze, complete overcast, humidity at 90%. The high today will be 63° and overnight low will be 54°. The radar map shows most of the rain has moved on East. Nothing left but wet air for the rest of the day. Expecting a dryer day tomorrow. Stay safe..... Jim

It's a hazy sunny day in Northeast Ohio, temperature about 80° F, no rain (yet). I rode out on the Beemer to meet my wife for lunch, it was a nice ride.

I got rained on a little bit during today's ride. Enough to get the Spyder wet, but not enough to cause problems on the road.

Another partly sunny day here. Currently overcast sky at 69°F. No rain in our forecast here.

Still Praying for everyone who is dealing with Flooding issues. Not a friendly thing to deal with anytime.
Remember those who've lost loved ones.

Today we will have 88°F for the high.
Low at 69°F. Low humidity too.
Have yourself a great day.

Till Next Time my Friend. (y)

Today is a weather transitioning day here in Anacortes. We're leaving soggy yesterday behind and moving on to much warmer and sunny weather tomorrow and beyond. We have a breeze of about 10 MPH and a high of 68 degrees. It's still mostly cloudy but there are lots of blue patches visible. The clouds are expected to continue to dissipate as the day progresses. Will spend some time removing all the water spots from Old Blue Pony and making it shine. Stay safe..... Jim

Here in Vermont we have several towns that have been flooded. They have Swift Water Rescue Teams staged around the State. Two (2) towns in Vermont have some roads closed due to flooding. They are forecasting more rain tonight. Also, 2 years ago and again 1 year ago today, the State of Vermont was devastated by flooding.

They are monitoring multiple areas of flooding this evening, as slow moving storms move through our area. The storms will taper off round 8pm (EST) tonight, but there will be still isolated storms through the late evening and into the overnight hours. It is still possible to see flooding continue even after the storms have passed over tonight.

Highs will be in the 80's with rising humidity. The heating will continue into the weekend with highs in the 80's & 90's. Again, there will be isolated showers and thunderstorms.
Next week we will still have the heat and humidity. They are forecasting a few showers which could linger into Tuesday morning, when the sunshine should return and highs start climbing back into the 90s. We hold onto the heat for Wednesday as well.

Stay safe and healthy everyone!

Deanna

Please 🙏 Pray for all the areas that are experiencing Flooding problems. I have never been in a Flooding issue. But I have seen the Flooding damage a day later. Just way better to hear about it, than to be in it.

Currently we have mostly clear sky at 72°F. No rain in our forecast. Enjoy your Ryde Times and Stay Healthy.

High today of 91°F with some clouds.
Low at 72°F.
That's the Friday Rap.

Try and enjoy your Day and enjoy Life 😉.

Till Next Time my Friend. (y)

Here in Vermont, there are still some road closures in the Northeast Kingdom (near the Canadian Boarder) - in one of the towns, there is a bridge that is closed; in other towns, there are several washouts; some of the roads are only open to one lane as of this morning. The road closures come after the devastating flooding in the Region for the 3rd consecutive year in a row, right down to the day.

After yesterday's isolated pockets of heavy rain and flash flooding, it is quieter heading into day today (Friday). Sunshine will gradually emerge this morning and we're in for a good deal of sunshine this afternoon.

A few light showers may pop up today, but most of the day should feature plenty of sunshine with just a few fair weather clouds. Highs will warm into the mid 80's, with rising humidity.

The heating continues into the weekend, with highs reaching the upper 80's to low 90's. Once again, a few isolated light showers or thunderstorms could develop, but most of the weekend looks dry with a good amount of sunshine.

The heat appears to stick around into next week, with a slight chance of thunderstorms. A cold front will move through Monday afternoon, bringing an increased chance of showers and thunderstorms through the afternoon and evening on Monday, when it will be a bit cooler, topping out in the 80's.

The 90's return for Tuesday and Wednesday next week. If we manage to squeak out another 90 degree reading on Thursday, it would mark the first heat wave of the season - Three consecutive days of or above the 90 degree mark.

I am not complaining!

I am Safe. Stay Healthy and safe everyone!
Keep the 3 wheels down!

Welcome to the WEEKEND. We should be dry for a couple of days here in Indiana. Currently mostly clear sky at 74°F. The moon is shining bright in the sky.

Praying for everyone who was effected by the Flooding issues in the USA. Just a terrible ordeal to think about and understand. God is still in control 🙏

Today's sunshine is going to be awesome stuff. High of 90°F.
Low at 72°F. No rain in my local area.

Sunday's high of 88°F is a little hot for me and my wife.
Low at 73°F. No rain.

Enjoy your time and ryde if you are able. Wind Therapy is still a good thing. 👍

Well, here in Vermont, we are having hot and humid weather. They are forecasting afternoon thunderstorms, both on Saturday & Sunday. A fairly hot and humid weekend is in the way. Highs will be in the 80's, both today and Sunday, with a few spots possibly hitting 90 degrees. Though it isn't unusual for mid July, just a reminder to take breaks and stay hydrated if you plan on being outside.

Widely scattered thunderstorms are expected this afternoon, mainly South of the Champlain area. Though this won't be like what had happened on Thursday (in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont) any thunderstorms will be slow-moving and capable of downpours, so isolated flash flooding isn't out of the question.

For Sunday, it will be quiet through midday, with partly sunny skies. A slow moving cold front will start to bring thunderstorms to New York by the afternoon. A few of those will be severe. At this time, however, widespread severe weather isn't expected. The front will very slowly move through Sunday night into Monday, with continued showers and thunderstorms. For Sunday afternoon through Monday, isolated flash flooding is possible, especially in the spots that have received recent rain. They are keeping an eye on it.

The rest of the week will be dry, and very warm weather is in store for Tuesday and Wednesday, with partly sunny skies and highs in the 80's. A few spots could hit the 90 degrees on Wednesday. Lows will be muggy and in the 60's. The chance for showers and thunderstorms will return for Thursday and Friday.

The current temp here is 88 degrees, and it's very hot, humid, and sunny.

Absolutely beautiful day here in Anacortes. Sunny, 70 degrees, 6 MPH breeze, and 68% humidity. I'm used to the low humidity of the desert so 70 degrees here feels more like about 85 to me. The overnight low will be about 55. No rain in the forecast. Early this morning I drove the 75 miles to my old yacht club in Seattle for breakfast. It took me an hour and a half to get there but two and a half hours to get back in the afternoon traffic. And that was driving almost entirely on the interstate. I sure don't miss the rolling-stop-and-go traffic that has taken over I-5 in the Olympia to Everett corridor of western Washington. Stay safe..... Jim

Monday morning weather news from Indiana. Currently partly cloudy and 68°F. We received some rain showers yesterday evening. Just enough to get the humidity up there. No rain in the forecast for today.

High today of 85°F with some sun.
Low at 68°F.
No ryding today for me.

Please Pray for those who are still dealing with Flooding issues. Also for the family's of the love ones.

Till Next Time my Spyder Friends. (y)

Anacortes, WA... Currently 62 degrees, 3-5 MPH breeze, humidity of 75%, and the sky is partly cloudy. The clouds are the ones that usually burn off in the afternoon sun, very typical for this area. The high today will only get to 68 degrees. But tomorrow we expect it to reach 80. That's hot for the area. I am on an island surrounded by sea water, so the weather is usually mild. Tomorrow I'm taking a ferry to San Juan Island and will tour that a bit. The plan is to have lunch on the deck at Roche Harbor Resort. That's a place I spent most of my time in summers past and I was a long-time member of Roche Harbor Yacht Club. I look forward to revisiting old familiar places and perhaps seeing old friends. Stay safe... Jim

Yesterday's sunshine was nice and hot for me. I was able to get most of my yard work done. Currently clear sky and 74°F.

High today of 84°F with sunshine.
Low at 72°F with a chance of afternoon rain showers.

Have a Blessed Day. (y)
