• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The dashboard was updated in 2024. Heck, that won't be revised until 2028 at the earliest. Maybe it will be updated to fully functional Apple/Android car plays? Wireless would be ideal. Dream on...

The 2024 Spyder RT did get the larger display.
What I got from the video is that other product lines will be getting the larger display, like the ATVs and SidebySide vehicles.

Apple Carplay works fine on my 2024 Sea2Sky since the 4.1 BRP Connect software update a few months back.

Correct. But Apple carplay only works wired and thru a headset, correct? Wireless and no headset requirement would be nice.

Wireless might be nice, if the Spyder supported bluetooth pairing of the phone instead of requiring it to be plugged into the USB port.
Although I would still want to plug the phone into power so it wouldn't die during a long ride.

We'll have to disagree on the headset issue. I want to be able to hear everything CarPlay is telling me, which is only possible with a headset.
Yes, I understand you can listen to the radio through the speakers built into the Spyder, but have you ever actually tried listening to the radio while cruising down the highway at 65+ MPH?

I have. For years. I understand wanting to power the phone, but in this day/age, wireless isn't rocket science. Most motorcycle MFR's support wireless.
 
I think the only move I would make is to a Red Rock Canyon; lots of mountain trails to go out on day trips in this neck of the woods. I pass by them all the time on my F3 and would like to go up to some of the observation towers on the mountains around here, but currently can't do that with the F3.

I'm quite happy with how mine works since the 4.1 BRP Connect software update.
 
Well, a little disappointing 2026 line-up reveal with not too many changes - LED fog lights on the RTL look good, but now it’s on to the best deal 2025/2026 let’s see the promotions :)

For me to spend the extra money on anything that is ACP is a waste of money since I am on android so ACP being non-functioning is a non issue as I wouldn't use it in the first place. BRP screwed the pooch on not making this compatible for both systems.
 
New S2S and F3 Special color is the "Mars Red Mettallic". Great looking color. But very disappointed in BRP bringing nothing new to the table! :unsure:
 
That flying motorcycle seems interesting, but having a range of only 62 miles on the road is a deal breaker. I'll use my $575,000 for something else for now.

FWIW, I don't see enough improvements for me to justify trading in my 2021 RT for a newer model. Now if the '26 had shaft drive and a bigger engine I might be tempted.
 
Sorta seems the product announcement for on road was rushed to the get to the higher priority (profit/sales numbers) items.
It will always be this way until percentage of sales goes up.
Could have been handled is less than 30 seconds with "We've got new colors"
