• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Three-fingered wave

I just noticed a three-fingered wave in the Spyder commercial at 20 seconds in: I didn't get the memo. Is anyone else doing this or is it a BRP marketing ploy? ETA: I've only seen three other random Spyders, so it's not like I'd get a lot of chances to do this.

Where do you mount your GroPro?

I've only mounted it once, upper right corner of the trunk (facing the bike) while using the suction cup mount. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mxYHlKMSPLo

    14K miles

I just hit 14K miles coming home from work. Since Cowtown is exactly 500 miles from my front door, I'll be hitting 15K on the way home from Spyderfest.

Spyder is worse than an ice cream truck?

Haters gonna hate, but I do agree with him that "there’s absolutely no way people taking their test on these three-wheelers should be given a motorcycle endorsement."

ASK Powersports in Grove City, OH is hosting another monthly gathering - April 7th 2011

No big loss. It was only the three of us and (as far as I could tell) ASK did nothing to indicate anything special was going on.

    Hey, Cuba guys

I thought about that, but then that wouldn't be a good ending for all my non-Spyder-owning friends and family. A "Welcome to Cuba" sign would explain where I am and that the trip is complete.

    Hey, Cuba guys

I'm going to set my Go Pro camera to take pictures every 60 seconds and then string them together to make a movie of my ride there. I'm looking for an appropriate spot to end the trip, like a "Welcome to Cuba, Mo" sign, but it needs to be somewhat accessable to my Spyder so I can get a shot of...

    Sport-tourer for a female?

I just asked if she'd consider a Spyder and she said, "The Spyder is an ugly bike and I don't want people to laugh at me." :yikes:
