• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    2014 RTL SE6 Test Ride report - October 21st, 2013

I believe that the adjustable handlebars are a $750.00 option. I don't think it is a standard feature of any RT but someone else in the know might chime in.

    2014 RTL SE6 Test Ride report - October 21st, 2013

Here is my initial observations after taking a new 2014 RT SE6 on a test ride this morning. Ergonomics:The comfort seat puts the driver a few inches back in the saddle yet still offers more than adequate room for a good sized passenger. I found the comfort seat to be somewhat "cushier" than the...

Alternative option. BRP Owners event. Lots of people in attendance....No Vendors. You may instead want to consider attending Spyderfest in Springfield Mo at the end of April 2014. You will meet hundreds of avid Spyderlovers and many of the vendors who sponsor this site attend this rally...

up early again and was reading posts and i found this post

As you may know, Canadians pay an extra 15% for their Spyders. Rumour has it that this premium pricing arrangement for Canadians guarantees us a minimum of 15% more quality control hours at the factory before the vehicle is shipped to Canadian dealers. :joke: Here in Canada we have the...

    New Forum Section Needed................

I found your comment to be extremely offensive. Displaying your bigotry in public is not cool. Not a complaint, not a moan, just a shot across the bow to let you know how an innocent comment might hit the wrong nerve in us foreigners. Please note that no emicons were used to soften the edge of...

    which bluetooth helmets

The Sena SMH10 units are the best wireless helmet communication devices that I have come across over the years. They offer intercom connectivity between the driver and passenger, and allow you to connect to your cellular phone (for outgoing and incoming calls) and other bluetooth devices. (GPS...

    RT Driver Pegs

The Rivco floorboards, from the picture displayed on their website, should mount pretty well the same way as the ISCI floorboards. Prior to purchasing the ISCI boards a few years back I went to their site and downloaded the instructions. I did a dry run on removing the foot pegs just to make...

    RT take off shocks

I believe the same sort of offer was made at Cowtown following SF 2012. Many Spyderlovers who replaced their stock shocks with Elkas simply left their used shocks with the dealer. (they had a choice of course to take them back with them or discard them for disposal by the dealer as they saw...

    Any recommendations on transport trailers

Cover It is not recommended covering any vehicle when transporting in an open trailer. The cover will flap in the wind and could damage your paint. I have transported my Spyder in an open trailer over thousands of miles and find that a quick wipe of the bike after you unload it from the...
