• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

62k miles.... now you see it and.... now you don't

:-( / tear :( o' boy, here comes a long post... This past Sunday I was celebrating with the little lady on the back as we hit 62k miles, on the Spyder! Every bike I have owned has received the same treatment. I just punish them with miles on some ugly roads in and out of the city. Some days...

See, I can ask this question because I don't have a clue :)

well, the first time, I don't know cause I had to borrow a gas can and then ride to back to the station. The second time I went over 6 gallons. Just a tad over, not much.

See, I can ask this question because I don't have a clue :)

well, guess what.. I ran out once on the side of the highway, pretty sure it was bone dry too cause I was traveling up hill and as soon as it leveled out... poof. It just stalled. I knew I was low, but wanted to push the limit. I was only about 5 miles from the station service area when it...

Video- seating leg room RS vs RT

Man this is way off topic... but, I find it real interesting to see how you get on. I always tell people to mount it like a horse making your foot with the left peg the first and last point of contact. Lamont, you're just throwing your leg over like its a bike. Somehow, I just can't do that, so...

    Floppy Mirrors?

yup, that is the exact same feel and look I had when I read this and realized that maybe the JB Weld was a little over kill..... .

    Floppy Mirrors?

well.... maybe I should have done more research on this matter. two weeks ago I got so frustrated with my floppy mirrors that I used JB Weld to hold them in place. They have just been getting "floppier" over the past 6 months and not tightening helped. Now they are cemented in place! D0h! .

    25,000 miles

I'm over 25k and still loving it. Its becoming very difficult to not drift off in to day dreams of the RT while out on the road.. but this beast still has a ton of growl left inside. Now it's time to start getting ready for winter!

    Rode the R/T today

what's going on with the headlights? Are there still two Bi-Projectors in there? ...and the fog lights, are those still the same projectors? Are those functioning reverse lights? Also, one of the promo videos has the RT riding with the fog lights on and nothing else. Is this a Euro Style model?

"IF" BRP comes out with a Touring Spyder...

I'm torn.... I also have the fantasy of hitting 100k before upgrading, but my knees may not last that long. I often just rest both legs straight out over the panels... but if the new model is anything like the leaked shots..... Sorry, but even if its twice the price, I may jump right in. *...

    man on the move...

I have gone many miles without my fenders and so far have not been personally nailed with anything. In heavy rain I do create a nice set of rooster tails and at turns it does come in on me, but I kind of enjoy it. I also spend a ton of time on the highway at highway speed and feel that I'm much...
