• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Thoughts on Pedal Commander vs Pedal Box - & where's yours mounted?

My opinion on these is why bother? They don't actually add any power, they just make the throttle open a bit quicker as the grip is twisted. I installed a PV4, and had Fuel Moto do a custom tune, which did add a noticeable amount of power. I also used the DynoJet tuning software to tweak the...

Just had an Internet learning experience!

Beware. Most providers limit hotspot data even if you have unlimited mobile data. I wouldn't want to get home and find I had a $3000 phone bill.

What's YOUR Number One Favorite, Model & Year, of Spyder you'd own given the chance?

The only model I'd buy different from mine is a 2016 or 17 F3S SM6 Special Edition, solely for the Sport Mode. BTW, anyone know a method to flash the later code into my ECU? It'd be awesome to add Sport mode to my F3S.

HELP: U-Haul Enclosed 6’x12’ - Anyone tried one? Any tips or tricks?

You need to measure your bike and the trailer to make sure it will fit. Also, note the location of tie-down points. You need enough space around the bike to strap it down securely.

New Coolant will not circulate after refill, completing successful flush and change - anyone else? Any ideas on what might be causing it?

It's really not that hard. Draining a few ounces from the bleed screw on the right front of the cylinder block fixed the issue for me.

I've always said that the insanity plea should be GUILTY by reason of insanity, not innocent. The person did the crime, possibly BECAUSE of the insanity, but they are still GUILTY of the crime. If they truly are insane, it may affect the punishment, but it doesn't change the FACT that...

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Be aware, red or blue lights on a vehicle are illegal in most States. My F3S had a kit installed when I got it. Not something I would have added, but it does look pretty cool at night. Mine allows about 10 color choices, as well as chase and fade options. I usually run steady green or orange...

Baja Ron Ultimate Sway Bar Endlink falling off - anyone else experiencing this issue?

When I installed mine, I didn't like the feel of the clamp on the powder coating. I pulled the bar back out, carefully removed the coating and cleaned the hex portion before reinstalling the arms. I used the Loctite as recommended and haven't had any problems.

Bad news if you want a set of 165/60R-15 Vredestein Quatracs from tire rack!

I run Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 tires on one of my cars. I've been very satisfied with their smoothness and quality. I wouldn't hesitate to run Conti's on my Spyder.

Weird story time!! White smoke and it smelt like wood burning!?

Sounds like you need an actual CAT, instead of a CAT delete. ;) 🤣 🤣 🤣

What did you do to your Spyder today?

I'm not sure that's legal. It has to create a huge blind spot right in front of you. I'm certain I wouldn't like riding with a painted windshield.

How do you get on your F3 limited

I'm only about 5'9" and not as flexible as I once was. I just use the passenger peg to step up and over the seat, then move my feet forward to the footboards and sit down. Reverse to dismount.

2016 Spyder F3-T - is this a Battery showing signs of age/decay? Or is it not charging? If so, why?

I use these on every vehicle and piece of equipment I own. https://www.northerntool.com/products/batteryminder-battery-charger-trickle-charger-desulfator-12-volt-1-5-amp-model-1500-31654 I probably have 15 or 20 of them. I routinely get 10+ years out of a good quality AGM battery, and usually...

Latest BRP Safety Bulletins for Shaft Replacement (2019-12) and Shaft & Sprocket Replacement (2019-13) Recalls - Jan 2025

How the heck does a clutch plate get "bent" in an assembled clutch? Sounds like they had the clutch apart, got a plate jammed up in the basket, and just cranked down the pressure plate bolts anyway.

Deer collision - safer on a Spyder? Thoughts? Or first-hand accounts?
