• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What is this part and where does it go?

I am always amazed how a nut, bolt, washer or other small parts can go MIA in my 10x12' shed in Washington or 9x12' man cave in Arizona. When I work on the KRX SxS or trike in the gravel yard up North a put a tarp down and park on that to do the work.

Has anyone modified the brake pedal to make it easier to use?

I put the wider brake pedal on my 2018 and removed it as my PN foot would get caught under it. Luckily, my 2021 F150 is not supposed to run into a vehicle ahead of it.

Sounds like maybe OP has destroyed the threads, and will be looking at a new caliper?

Will upgrading the Sway Bar and fitting larger tires improve the ride?

You have to be careful on the 2020+ on front fender clearance. Improve the ride? It does improve handling and semi's will not blow you around as much. Better in the tweezes.

What's the best way to get a spare key? Any suggestions?

A locksmith can not program a replacement key for a 2014(?) or new Spyder RT. My in-laws bought a 2014, I picked the spare key from the dealer, took it to a locksmith to be cut, and back to dealer to program it to the remaining existing key. Loose both keys and the DESS module has to be...

Up/Downshift Issues - I may have found the cause.

Up/Downshift Issues - I may have found the cause.

Old electronic tech's like us don't die early, we just short circuit once in a while. I still have a connector pin removal tool or two somewhere, if I could just remember where!

Anyone in Northern Texas area installing Car Tires on Spyders?

I am going to do my third rear for my in-law this fall, and correct the miss alignment of the valve stem when a new rear was installed on his NTH 2014 RT in 2018. It will get a General Altimax RT45. I have a torque wrench that goes to 250 lbs, and both 35mm socket and end wrench. And we will be...

2024 RT L back at the dealer for the 9th time in 3 months!! How long until you give up?

You talk about touring, therefore stick with a RTL. The Canyon solves a problem that does not exist, except maybe a larger Ryker.
