• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    I did a very simple hack. Bought a USB port that fits in the cigarette lighter adapter in the rear trunk and ran a 12 foot cable from the trunk; under the seat and exposed the charging end through the glove box where it can reach the phone mounted on the handlebar.

    I'm starting to question the need for new shocks on mine. The ride has become a lot more rigid and it seems like I can feel all the bumps on the road. I'm trying to prolong the inevitable, maybe.

    I also started doing that recently, but my muscle memory from many years on two-wheeler is kinda hard to let go. Getting better at it though as time passes. It is amazing how smooth the shifting goes once you master it though.

    I just ordered the McCuff from Amazon. Both sizes to see which is better for my needs. Hoping it's a good fix. Thanks everyone for chiming in. I'll report back which one (Sport or Twin) worked best for me.

    Mine doesn't work that way, either. I have to tap on the brake to cancel the cruise control setting. Not a biggie for me.
