2012 Spyder RT sometimes stalls when slowing down to turn into a driveway or side road

I have an issue with my 2012 RT stalling when automatically downshifting to turn off the road. It will start right up again without even needing to stop. The dealer where I go for service put a new battery in. This has helped, but not totally fixed the issue. Could it be that the idle speed needs increased a little? Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Ok, so first and foremost, the idle speed on the 998 is not adjustable. Once it’s warmed up, 1400 RPM +/- 100. That is all electronically controlled through the fuel injection system and ECM. However, being that this is a 998, you'll want to check on the condition of the two vacuum lines going to the MAP sensor (if in doubt, replace), any other vacuum leaks, evaluate how old the spark plugs and plug wires are, air filter, and consider performing a canisterectomy.
