There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

As I see it...
There are several start up and shutdown proceedures the computers go through. Your are more likely hearing that. When hot and shuting down it will be the throttle body closing process. If you turn it on and off quickly you tend to :cus: off the nanny and she will beep loudly....

If so; it's just the throttle bodies... They get held shut by the system for a while. It makes the bikes start easier, if they haven't fully cooled-down from the previous ride.
From your Manual:
All Models

Throttle Control (ETC).
Each time the ignition switch is turned
OFF, the ETCmotor stays energized for
40 minutes.
The ETC motor will emit a high frequency
sound during this period of
time that can be heard in a quiet environment.

What I quoted from the 2015 RS manual, came from page 39... :thumbup:
I don't honestly think that anyone could confuse the Parking Brake alarm, for anything that's normal. :shocked:

I hope not either but, had to mention to make sure that worked @ & sounded different (make sure the beep device is working properly)[emoji106]
