• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I suggest you buy the service manual for your Spyder. Go to www.canammanuals.com. They're about $30. It'll save you coming back time and time again with questions like this since that type of info will be in the service manual.

Even with a manual many times sites like these are way more helpful.
I have also seen the manuals on eBay

Thanks

True, but members here appreciate when an owner takes initiative to find the answer, and then comes when he/she is stumped or hitting a dead end, or simply needs additional info on the subject.

The sellers of manuals on eBay are probably the same as operate www.canammanuals.com. They use several different URLs but when you look at the sites they are all the same. As far as I have been able to determine there is only one, maybe two, sources for BRP manuals outside of BRP, and I'm not sure they're actually authorized by BRP.
