2021 RT left blinker only working hit and miss - does the left handlebar module need replacing?

Today I tried using the left blinker and it didn't come on. After a few tries it finally worked but it's a hit it miss on working on in the first try.

Do you think it could be dust in the switch or does the entire left handlebar module have to be replaced?

I'm going to contact the dealer tomorrow but thought I'd ask here as well.

Does it come on without issue with 4 way flashers? If no, then it most likely is not the left blinker switch and something in the wiring. If yes then maybe it is the left hand blinker switch.

The 4-ways work fine. It's just when I try to use the left blinker.

Still could be the plug connection at the bottom of the steering column or another wiring issue vs the switch it's self.
