There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Accessory 12V Plug on the F3

yes.
Real easy.
The customer accessory circuit under the rear seat comes in a boot and there is a knock plug to mount a socket.

Another circuit under the left service panel
The third in the battery compartment.

All marked customer accessory circuit.

Thanks for the info, MachZ F3 (my father) and I were wondering how we could get one in the frunk. I will have to take a look tomorrow.

Just sayin'............

You might want to consider a smaller connection type other than the standard 1 inch plugs for the frunk as space is so limited

I remember seeing post where someone drilled a hole through the left side service panel and put a plug there, any one have any regrets about doing that
pros and cons

I've seen plugs mounted on both service panels.
If you use quick connect/disconnects on them other than being a bit ugly I can't see as they cause any problem.

I took a slightly different approach.
Because my GPS and Sirius sat radio run on 5V I decided to put a 5V bus on the F3 and use marine grade connectors that require a 3/8 hole that
can be tucked under the overhang so you can't see them.

The 5V bus is powered by this Drok DC to DC converter
The converter fits nicely under the black plastic panel just under the frunk and is powered by the switched customer accessory circuit.

This eliminates the need for the larger 12V 1 inch hole and the slip in 5V converter plug.

Thanks for stopping by.

Did you get the AC adapter from BRP or elsewhere?

I ended up installing a pair of USB ports in the black plastic panel below the gauge cluster for my phone mount and GPS.

I put the BRP usb port under the rear seat, easy install. Then did a 12v lighter plug on the left cowal plate it also has my volume control for a 600 watt boss sound system and a power switch. Then I put the feed for the Boss system in the frunk. My thought was if I ever change it the cost to get a new plate would be my lesser option. I do use the 12v plug to power my phone that I use to feed the sound system. The 12v plug i got from a marine supplier for boats so it is water proof. I use the usb to charge my seina head set. Good luck Jim

I'm looking for the Plug & Play 12V plug for the F3 dash and the USB plug for the other slot on the dash. Any online sources?

Not exactly what you are looking for but you might want to Check out Lamonster garage - his 12V socket can be wired directly to battery or customer accessories power and has insert for USB - mounts to one of bolts in handlebar clamp - install video.

The forth 12 volt accessory

The forth 12 volt accessory is a plug which is under the riders seat right hand side behind the small body panel, now this plug has been put there by BRP for a GPS or what ever you want to use it for now this one has the power on it when you turn the key on not like the other 3 accessory 12 volt wires there power only comes on after the motor is started.
Now this has a blank dummy water proof plug which you remove and replace with a new plug, I bought 10 complete plug sets off ebay free postage for $6.40 NZ dollars, here is a link.

You might check out Lamenter's power plate as suggested above. It can provide usb and be switched to a charging point for a battery tender. The install is very simple and there is a video on the install shown right by the power plate. I really like mine, everything looks clean.

I picked up a few different ones from BandC on Amazon.

Under the seat installed a regular style for a possibly air pump. On the left of center on the
dash (meant for either the heated grips or aux light, forget which), put a BandC dual USB
into that one. Super clean to install there. You do have to make the hold a tad larger for the
BandC to fit. (But I figure cost vs cost, going into the left side panel is more expensive to
replace for someone that does not like it there)

I have one that has 12 volt and 2 5v USB. I have mounted mine to a crossbar on my windshield. I picked it up on Amazon. It is wired directly to the battery with a fuse and I drilled no holes. Threaded it through slots in the panels. Works great. So far I have hooked up my phone, garmin, and a radar detector. They all ran great.
