• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Adding a FOBO sensor to the Air Shock if you already have an existing Profile

This is for those who already have the FOBO app with a Profile.

Buy the FOBO for a 2-wheel bike for $100, the reason being that it will cost $75 for one sensor anyway, so buy 2 and you'll have a spare, or you can sell it for $50.

You will need to find the FOBO Trike set up with the Air shock in it & download it.
Once you add the app with the air shock, RENAME the bike in your profile (you cannot use the same name).
Add a picture in your Profile, you either add theirs or a photo of your bike (you cannot go forward until you do).

(NOTE: you cannot just add the sensor to your current app Profile, it will tell you it belongs to the current name of your Profile).

  1. Now start with the Right front sensor & disconnect it from the front tire, your old app will alarm;
  2. Go to the old PROFILE and hold your finger on the box of the Right front tire, you will see a way to release the sensor - RELEASE it, the Alarm will stop;
  3. Go to your NEW Profile & put your finger on the box you want the sensor to be on & it will say: Install Right - Skip - Proceed down the bottom;
  4. Proceed and connect the sensor and put your phone to the sensor. You should see the tire pressure in the new profile (it may take a few times for the sensor to install it) - Follow what the app says;
  5. Repeat Steps 1,2,3, and 4 for the Left front tire;
  6. Repeat Steps 1,2,3, and 4 for the Rear tire;
  7. Now just press your finger on the lower right box for the Air Shock on the new profile and add the sensor.

YOU ARE DONE - Make sure to Save after you add the Air shock!!!!!

Now you can delete the OLD Profile

THIS OUTLINE ONLY WORKS IF YOU ALREADY HAVE THE APP AND PROFILE SET UP FOR JUST 3 SENSORS

@tntnj
Thanks for your detailed instructions, just modified my profile to add the air chock sensor and profile. Out of curiosity, was are your FOBO settings for the air chock sensor PSI, meaning minimum, recommended and maximum pressure ? BRP's Operator guide states it's auto levelling, which I am aware on my 2024 S2S, and on non auto levelling recommandation is 25 to 91 PSI, seems like a large gap. Parked for more than 24 hours now and without the engine running, mine is currently at 57 PSI and I am mainly riding solo and 2 up occasionally only. TIA

** EDIT** Riding solo today in some bad road conditions (potholes) brought the air suspension up to 81 PSI for a few moments but it stays mostly in the 65-70 range

Or skip all that expense and get a standalone device like this? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DYPFBGNF?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2
That means adding a hardware piece somewhere near the dash which I, personally, didn't like the idea. For me one great advantage with the Fobo system is that it is compatible with Apple CarPlay and warnings will show up on the dash, on my iPhone and on my Apple Watch whether I am riding or not. Even when the bike is park in the garage the iPhone gets signal from the Fobo TPMS system and would inform me of any anomaly if one happens. As long as we all find what suits us better, the more important is about our safety and monitoring our tires is the more important thing we should all do.

I have the Air Shock on my bike (RT Base) I have my Max PSI set at 50 and Min 20 PSI on the FOBO It is sitting at 35 PSI now . I ride alone so I do not have to raise the pressure.
Before I got the FOBO I was able to look through the windshield and the back rode hard I had like 7 PSI in the shock. I did not know the air was low. Cars were flashing their lights at me too . After I put 35 PSI in the shock my view changed I was looking over the windshield. So I know now if I look through the windshield I need to check air in the shock. Now I have the FOBO to tell me when the shock needs air.
