• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Am I ordering from the best OEM PARTS Sources?

I have been ordering parts over the internet for the past 6 months and now wondering if I’ve been ordering from the best sources. Some are incredibly slow at even processing my order. It can be a week before I receive a confirmation email of my order.
Right now I’ve been waiting on an order I placed on the 14 April for the rear hub o ring
Part # 293300124. This is on a 2015 RT-S with 11,000 miles on it. This is the original tire and might be the first time it has been removed. Date code is late 2014. The O-ring has a serious 1/2” long cut out of half the diameter.
I am ready to order an O-ring from a different vendor if they have it in stock.
Is it just that Can Am/BRP is just under stocked on maintenance items?

canampartshouse.com lists that part as in stock for $3.38.
However you will have to pay shipping. We ordered a couple of items for Jerry Machine after he hit the rock and shipping was $19.95. We needed another part, the dealer ordered it, and we had it in less than a week with no shipping cost.
 
Just seems like nobody gets in a hurry about
anything. Definitely on the so called 'Free Shipping'.
I find that if you need something asap, you just have
to pay extra shipping costs. I have paid for overnight
shipping and I received the order 2 days later.
Called and they said it was on the shipping company.

Go figure on the delay. No worries I got the parts.
