• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Any success with 2022-2023 tuning/EU Emissions Torque Limiter removal?

So, I'm one of the Europeans suffering from an underperforming Ryker due to the EU being EU and limiting the power from 0-80km/h.
2019-2021 models are easily fixed but has anyone with a European Ryker managed to get rid of the limiter on the later models?
A guy from Sweden said he got his removed by a smaller local company, but I can't get a hold of the guy to ask him what company, so I can't really verify.

I'm gonna take mine to another company in a cpl of weeks that says they haven't had any issues removing the limiters on Can Am's remaining range of vehicles 4x4, ATV's, and so on of their 2022-2023, models so they wanted to read the ECU of mine to check.

Did you ever find any solution to this?
I was thinking about buying an ECU from US, but not sure if they are region locked.
Another swede with a sad Ryker.

Hi everyone, I have some good news to share.

First of all, my investigation went into the direction of using a DynoJet. While I haven't hit this road at the end, I have to say that their support was very forthcoming. They asked me for my ECU version (which was pain to get without removing it from the vehicle) and checked that it would work and have confirmed I can go ahead.

In parallel, I got in touch with the local dealer/service center and talked to the guy there, asking if he could help. And he told me "We can try," and they did.
First, they tried to change some parameters in the ECU (I don't know the details, but they activated race mode or something like that) but it wasn't bringing any improvement.
After a couple of failed attempts, we agreed they'd try to load software for the US ECU version. And it worked. Immediately after that was done, I felt the difference.
I stop watched 0-100 kph before I went there and after they modified it, and across several measurements, the difference was 2 seconds.

So 2 seconds faster on 0-100 kph if you load US software.

Bike acceleration is now consistent, from zero it has more power and gradually accelerates. The "kick" I always experienced around 80 kph is gone.

The guys in the dealership told me they normally do this on the ATVs and other Can-Am products. I was their first trike.

Hope this helps someone.
