Just a quick reminder to put silicone or something on the rear sport rack deck lid clips (both clips on either side) to prevent the latch bar clip from falling apart.
Last year I read on Spyderlovers to do this, but blew it off as it will not happen to me. I went out to the garage and pulled off the deck lid to put on the backrest, low and behold the latch bar fell apart. I was lucky and found the clip on the floor but you might not be.
Just buy another clip and replace it...... you might say to me.
Well the issue is, you can not buy any parts for BRP accessories, so keep that in mind if you decide not to heed this warning. You might have to Goldburg a fix if it happens to you, so be proactive. :thumbup:
