• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

BEST warranty?

Does anyone know if the BEST warranty covers a seat replacement? Mine has started to rip at a front seam.

I asked my dealer and they said they would get back to me on it....I'm still waiting......

I'm sorry to say, maybe not. They might if your still under the original warranty i.e. your not under the extend warranty yet. From what I read in my contract, its mostly for mechanical breakdown. If not under the original warranty it might be considered "normal wear." That being said, mine was replaced for a tear in the seat, but its still under the original warranty. Good luck, hope they cover it . Dale

:lecturef_smilie:......:dontknow:........

BRP has replaced some faulty seats. A bad seat is a bad seat and mechanical or not--they should make it right on this expensive machine.

If your dealer is less than helpful, talk with another dealer and call BRP customer service. Some dealers "play the game" because they don't want to be hassled by going out of their way to offer good customer service.
