• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

That appears to be the scene of the accident that happened over a year ago on the highway heading to Calexico, CA. One car tried to pass the 12 bikes that were riding together. A car approaching the bikers saw the other car passing, got on shoulder, lost control and swerved into the bikes, and the passing car sped away. The dangers of riding in tight formation on 2-lane highways with an extended line of bikes.

Haven't heard a thing and I am smack dab in the center of the state. Now on the other hand... 20 something's on a crotch rocket after a few beers????

To many to count. :(

Accident

thanks for the info folks. Whew, what were we saying on another thread about "you can't fix stupid".

A fellow Spyder ryder lost her young life this past week. Preliminary reports show that she was cut off by another vehicle in Oakland, CA on I-880 and crashed into the freeway barrier. She suffered head trauma and a broken neck in the accident. Funeral arrangements are being made this week by her family. She was only 27. :(

Always ride as if NO ONE sees you!!

The cagers are getting worse than ever. Riding today for a friend and fellow American Legion/Patriot Guard Rider. He was killed Saturday on his way back from a ALR ride. The 22 year old didn't even hit the brakes as she hit him and another rider from behind. Very sad day.
