• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

BOB D

When he disappears, he is usually out riding or shopping for something. If we don't see some action in 24 hours...:roflblack::roflblack:

:popcorn::popcorn::popcorn::popcorn:

:gaah: I had to take the Missus shopping in Kingston, NY today... She did the whole "Mall thing", while I was slowly dying... It was in the mid-forties and sunny; a BEAUTIFUL day to be on the RT. Once I got back; I broke out for about a 40 mile hop...
D was right; it was a shopping and riding day! :firstplace:

Thanks for checking up on me!
Tomorrow, I'll be "Lost in the Sauce". The Missus is gonna give me free reign of the kitchen, to take a stab at making chili...:ohyea::yes:
For the first time in my life; I'll be driving the dinner bus!
Pray that we don't get too sick from it!! :roflblack:

I'm experimenting with this batch... it's gonna be good; I'm just not sure if it'll make it to "great"... :D
LOTS of secret ingredients!

Have you tried the Cincinnati version? Chocolate, cinnamon, and some other interesting spices. Usually served over noodles with other toppings added. (onions, sour cream, etc.)

You can try it the Texas way. Chili over original Fritos. Garnish with sour cream and too much cheese.
To die for... :2thumbs:

You knew..!!

His fingers could not keep quiet for long...:roflblack:
So are you tossing a few of those Louisiana hot leathers strips into the pot :hun::hun::hun::chill:

I've got to keep it "toned-down" for the Missus; she's NOT into heat at all...
I DID add only two jalapenos: one that was de-seeded and pulped, and the other just de-seeded. I wanted a little bite of the bite, much more of the flavor.
It's in the crock pot, and happily simmering away! :2thumbs:

As a first attempt; I stayed with some basic ingredients, and added my own little touches...
Chopped meat
Black Beans
Onion
Mushrooms
Cubanel Peppers
Jalapenos
Mushrooms
Corn
Tomato paste
Crushed and diced tomatoes
the chili seasonings
AND...
A-1 Sauce! :D
