• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Do any of you have this installed? I had their HMT Brake light but now I see that they offer one that also contains 18 amber LEDs for turn signals. Just wondering how you like it. They also have a Strobe Light Flasher that looks pretty cool.

I ordered the regular Run/Brake Light but I also got the Magic Strobe option and the Red Brightsides. From Tric-Led I ordered the front fender lights (side amber and rear red) Happy birthday to me, happy birthday to me.

I love my fender lights. Nice choice!

Regular HMT

I decided on the regular HMT brake light to have increased visibility to when I'm stopping -- I think that's the biggest risk. However, to each their own in terms of what they want. I did contemplate about the integrated HMT with signals for my new 2014 RT Limited, but decided to have more "RED" LED's pointing back to increase the size and visibility of the stop (just like what I had on my 2012 RT Limited). I have added LED's to the inside of the mirrors for additional viibility of the turn signals to the rear and to make sure I see them if I leave them on (as the dash is hard to see sometimes).

This integrated unit features 18 Red Run-Brake Genesis Series LEDs and 18 Amber Turn Signal LEDs all in a contoured chrome housing to match your trunk. To me, this reduces the amount of bright red lights in half when I brake.....my $0.02 worth......

Good luck with your decision......

I went with the standard. I agree with you. More red lights are better. I can't wait to try the strobe light part of it

Ann, while you have the back in bits and if the budget allows, I highly reformed Reggie's 3rd and 4th lights to complete the set up. I wired them in with the custom dynamic brake flasher, they act as both running and brake lights. Makes you extremely visible and look nice as well.
