Dang birds

So the only time my bike is outside is when parked when I am riding and at work. I have asked my company to install a garage for just bikes, which actually is under review but, has anyone used the below product on a spyder. I have heard good and bad things about them over time. I need something besides my bb gun to get rid of the birds sitting on my grips fighting with my mirrors. Err.

This is what I have looked at..anyone know what size would fit best? I have sent them an email but don't expect a good response.

I've used the quickshade here in Phoenix since I got my spyder in October. It works well, is very easy to use and is an excellent deterrent to looky loos who invariably want to sit on your ryde.

What size did you get and does it go over your grips and mirrors or just up around the tank?

I have the medium QwikShade and it just covers the seat and tank. It keeps the seat cool and dust off the seat and panels. It also keeps people from sitting on it. Medium will not cover handlebars and mirrors. Large should work and XL will stretch to cover most of the bike. Very light and east to put on and off.

BRP makes and excellent outdoor cover. If mine is not being ridden, it is garaged or covered.

Get One

If your Spyder is getting trashed by birds and other things, get the cover---I have a full outdoor cover----got it on Ebay $40----leaving it without cover can only lead to frustration-----go get it.

The outdoor cover will not work as it takes up too much space in the trunk when traveling around, even to and from work as I carry a laptop and gym clothes everyday. I need something that is quick and small. The shade should work for me.
