• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I am having trouble removing the digital speed read out from the dash. Not a big deal but its not needed when you have a analog also

If it's an RT I don't think it can be done.
The Tach can be removed but not the speedo.
I could of course be wrong.

Guys thank you

I have a 15 RT-S don't need the speed read out and the tack . I think its nut to have both...

Seriously: you're stuck with the digital speedometer...
You might be able to do something with the tachometer; it'd be in the "preferences" screen.
Happy Hunting and good luck!

Just think: if you had a GPS hooked-up; you'd have THREE different read-outs for speed! :gaah:

Curiously; I find myself drawn to the digital speedometer...

....But the Analog Tachometer!! :dontknow:

How about you guys?

I like the digital speedo, tach, fuel gauge and temp gauge. +1 on getting rid of the analog gauges and making the screen bigger. If you want to get rid of the digital speedo, tape may be the only way.

If one or two mph can make a difference in getting a speeding ticket or not, why on earth would you bother using the analog speedo? With 50 mph being only one-fourth of the scale there's no way you can reliably, for example, tell if you're riding 66 mph and in ticket territory vs riding at 65 and being safe. At least that's been my experience.

In case you're not aware the analog speedo is electronic also. It's just a different way of displaying the speed signals from the wheels. Both analog and the digital read and display the same signal.

I agree, with the useless 220mph range of the analog speedometer, it makes the gauge unusable. Fix it or get rid of it.
