Don't be caught by this Scamming outfit!

I was looking for a couple of replacement visors, the inner and outer, for my older LS2 OF569 helmet. It's no longer made but it's a comfortable helmet and I like it. The visors I did find were almost as much as the whole setup so I didn't bother as the ones I had were good, I just wanted a couple of spares.

I found this 'site' - https://www.visorspromo.com/ and I thought it was a bit dodgy looking, so I wouldn't put my CC number anywhere near it.

Long story short, I bought a pail of T6 oil and it had a prepaid digital MC for $40 so I figured wth, I'll give it a go on Sept-13-25.

As I suspected, it was a scam site; one reply to my numerous emails and it gave me a tracking number that worked... once! Now it's a "404 error', so beware.

I hate scumsucking bottom dwellers.

If the site you found is dodgy, there's a good chance that the address isn't their real address anyway, so you may well have just posted a pic of a house belonging to some poor unsuspecting person who is also a victim of this scammer, and maybe making things much worse for said innocent victim by your actions!

Out the website, sure; but don't just assume that any of the info on or attached to that site is legit, and never 'out' someone with personal details or things like a pic of their home unless you are absofreakinlutely 1000% sure that you've got the right info/place!!

How would you like it if some scammer picked and used your address on their site at random (or maybe even deliberately??) only to find that because someone found that address and published it, other people then started attacking your place &/or your family simply because they'd been shown/told that's where the scammers live - only the scammers don't live there, cos it's YOUR place and the scammers lied about that too!?!

You gotta be very careful with things like this, and don't 'out' them to the World unless you're absolutely positive that your info is correct and for the correct people - otherwise, you could be doing some innocent people real harm!

Sure, those 'scumsucking bottom dwellers' might deserve being outed like that; but do you, or someone/anyone else who may be yet another innocent victim of these same 'scumsucking bottom dwellers' deserve that outing &/or any retribution that might be delivered to them/their place because of your post/that pic?? Are you POSITIVE that you've got a pic of the right place where the scammers live, and it's not just a pic of some poor random person's address because the scammers lied about their address too?? After all, you KNOW that the scammers are lying, so why would you take their word that the address shown they've provided/published is correct? Sure, they might not be the sharpest tool in the shed, and you might be excused for thinking that they may not have been smart enough to even think to put up an incorrect address; but then again, you already KNOW thru bitter experience that they've lied about other stuff, so why wouldn't they have lied about their address too??
