• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Day one on the road and took the opportunity to view the new Big Well in Greensburg KS. The whole site was redone (along with the entire town) after the EF5 tornado that wiped it out a few years back

Met up with spyderrock in Cortez at gas/breakfast stop and rode into Durango with him. His ride is even more impressive in person than his pics show.

Nice pics. What kind of mileage did you get pulling your trailer? Is that the MCT or MCTXL?

Thursday we headed out for the Royal Gorge. and ended up at Durango KOA for the nite.

Woke up to find the paw prints of some critter on the RT seat, not sure of the critter type but he obviously was thinking of getting one or why else would he try out our seat?

All in all was a great trip, The RT ran flawlessly.
The cumulative wind and heat along with the smoke from the fires across NM and CO sent us packing on home on Friday.
Not much to stop and see on our 460 mile track home so we just shot on in and got back about rush hour, we were welcomed back to civilization with a 10-15 minute traffic jam as we arrived back in Wichita :banghead:

Now back to work and time to decide on the next trip. We still need Arizona and California colored in on our states visited map out west, or will we go east next?

The trailer is the 2012 MCTXL version and we had it loaded pretty heavy, right at the towing limit. Averaged 28.3 over the entire trip and this was WITH the two bad tanks of fuel that only gave us 20 and 22 MPG. other than those two bad tanks every fill was either 29, 30 or 31 MPG.
