I have had a couple of problems with my 2011 RTS/SE5 . I went back to the dealer "East Coast Cycle Center", Bensalem, Pa. and they were able to correct the few minor problems I was having. Kenny in the SERVICE DEPT. addressed all my problems and was able to fix them "While I waited." Now that is great service. No appointment was necessary. They took me in as soon as I arrived. What else could a person ask for ? Service after the sale is very important to me and everyone else out there. I had a slight crack in my left front speaker cover, so they ordered me a new one, and it came in shortly thereafter and they installed it for me while I waited. My 600 mile service was excellent and they did a thorough job of checking EVERTHING out. Not just an oil change, like some dealers. Last week I asked them to push up the front shocks to 5 and they took care of that and didn't charge me for the service. In fact, I sent one of my neighbors there to look at Goldwings (he isn't into 3 wheelers). I had him speak to Aaron (Head of Sales Dept.) and he DID purchase a used Goldwing and also complimented them on their help and assistance. Both of us bought extended warranties so that we will be able to sleep for the next 7 years or so. LOL.

P.S. They have 3 technicians who were trained by BRP for servicing the Spyders.:2thumbs:
