• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

FedEx is the worst!!!

I came thisclose to saying something but at that point I was just happy to have my new machine, seemingly undamaged.

I started my new blower up yesterday and it's perfect.

Dumped in the supplied oil, filled up the tank. Three pulls and it started and ran like a champ.

I tried out the electric start as well, perfect.

Now I wait... lol
Non Ethanol fuel will be the key to longevity...

You know now it's not going to snow, "right". ;)

Now y'all done jinxed me. Ain't nothing important, just some DVDs and some small electronic adapters and cables. The package has been out for delivery for 3 days now. It had disappeared from the notifications for 2 days. Now it has been out for delivery again since Monday. Must have fell out of the back of the truck. They don't take the trucks back to the lot until they are empty. We get UPS deliveries up to midnight or later. Takes them until about 10:00 AM to get the trucks from Jacksonville over here since some manager shut the re-distribution warehouse in Lake City down and now instead of tractor-trailer rigs arriving in Lake City at 07:00 every morning, they got the box vans pulling a trailer getting to the truck lots at 10:00 AM or later.

edit - dec18 - midnight - the notification just changed and is no longer "out for delivery". Now it says, "will be delivered by Dec 20"
Just adding another update to this sad story. After 5 days of the package being out for delivery each day, but never showing up in my package locker, a new update suddenly appeared from UPS. The last update on Dec 15 had the package leaving the Jax, Florida Shipping & Redistribution Warehouse, which is only a little over 100 miles one way from my delivery address. Suddenly a new update popped up when I clicked to check status of the package. The package has arrived in Davenport, Iowa Shipping Facility. It is now only, 16h 40m (1,134 mi), via I-75 N and I-24 W, from my package locker down on the dirt road. Christmas is such a magical time of the year. Packages just teleport to different unusual places. Must be some sort of a short-cut, since the update says it will still be delivered Dec 20th (today). It must be true, or it would not be on the Internet. It doesn't really bother me. I am not sure if I am just more mellow in old age, or if I just don't give a crap anymore or believe any of their crap. I am wondering now that we have AI into everything, have the shippers started using it and discovered Quantum Shipping? Your package really can be in two places at the same time.

As long as you're not in desperate need for the package, there is a certain "entertainment factor" watching what happens with a FUBAR situation like this.

Quantum Shipping only applies when they lose the same package twice at the same time in two different places. It's a rare occurrence but scientists are working round the clock to replicate this phenomenon.
