Folding Flag Mounts for Luggage Rack

Looking for recommendations for a folding flag mount to fit the standard Can-Am RTL luggage rack. I believe it's a 1/2-inch tube. I had this type of flag mount on my Voyager and it worked well whenever I needed to put the rain cover on the bike. Just fold it over. I've seen them on Amazon from $15 to $70! Any favorites?!?
