There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. I saw a video on you tube a while back that showed the instalation on the Spyder RTS with the BRP kit for the Garminn zuma 660 GPS. I can not find it now. Can any one help. Thanks. Soon to buy a 2011 rts in April. Going to the show in Rosemon Il. on the 12th of this month to see the new trikes.

The install for the Zumo 660 is not too bad. The video you are referring to was of Ken getting the Zumo made for BRP installed. That kit comes with the BRP Zumo 660, the handle bar mount, and the wireharness that plugs in to the Audio system. This package is $1,199, but you can look around and get it cheaper.

In 2011, BRP is selling the Handle bar mount and the wiringharness for $149, but they are on back order right now. My dealer has had one on order since december... This will allow you to use the Garmin Zumo on the factory mounts.

In 2010, just the wiring harness was available...for $64. I bought this cable and then purchased the RAM mount and bolted it to one of the handle bar bolts... I did have to go to Ace Hardware and buy a longer 10m bolt and a steel spacer...

I have the Road Tech Zumo 660 (the Garmin Zumo 660 made for Harley) mounted on my RT and it uses the audio system, just as the BRP unit does...

Thanks Guy's on the help!

That is the video I saw befor on the install of th Garmin 660. Iwould like to buy the options some other place than from BRP. The cost is high. The diff. of the GPS by buying the mount from BRP and the Garmin 660 from the net is over $400.00. That is a lot of money. Same goes with the Trailer and hitch plus the CB. Drove my first RT in October just before I had my knee replaced. Injoyed the test ride. Looking forward to buying a 2011 RTS in April. My dealer says he will have one waiting for me then. The Bike show is hear in Chicago this weekend Going to check out the colors. Thanks again for the help with the video's. Just love your Forum!
