• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Had a nice ride w/ Roaddog yesterday

I'm glad you had a nice ride!
I know what you mean about the rain and thunderstorms. I go to work everyday on the spyder, and always wonder what the ride home will be like. I guess that is why I invested in some good rain gear.
Hey, remember those nice handle bar muffs that I had over the bars in Brattleboro at the banner ride to keep my hands warm? I also use them when I get caught in heavier rain. They keep my gloves dry and the foam grips from getting soaked as well. I just remove them and keep them in the trunk when I don't have to use them.

It's been a pretty weird summer huh?

Good idea about those handle bar muffs. When it rains I don't even use my gloves since they are a pain to dry out.

Hoping for a sunny weekend coming up! Enjoy your 4th!

Well, I sure hope that when we get there the sun will control the days. Maybe we will just push all that bad weather out into never-never land. All is well so far. Looking forward to meeting new people as we resume our trip tomorrow.

I hope so! Call us when you get in. When do you think you'll be in this area?

Yup TN sounds nice - it's not a pansy a$$ed state like CT is! Only thing, wish it didn't rain there either. I HATE THE RAIN.

its time to get us all the hell out of new england ....quick lets run .... where should we go .....

Maybe downtown Canadia?

I hear they have nice weather...and I already speak, you know, Canadian.

(Apparently I don't speak South Dakotan. My first day there I bought a can of soda at a Piggly Wiggly and the young cashier asked "Do you want your pop in a sack?" and I just stared at her for 30 seconds trying to translate from English to English...)

You wouldn't survive in Michigan, either. What's a soda? :D
