• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I just finished wiring up the controllers for our heated gear. I already had mine but I am buying my wife a liner and gloves and and a dual controller for Christmas. Thanks BajaRon for such good prices. If you need to get or add to your heated gear check with him. He sells 1st Gear which is made by Warm and Safe and I think it is the best.
The wiring went pretty easy, thanks to Finless video on removing your battery. I used his idea on taking off the side panel without removing all the other panels. That exposes the battery terminals and I just connected the wires right there. No need to remove the battery. About an hour start to finish.

You're a good husband, she'll really like that gift. I got the opportunity to turn on my heated jacket the other day and boy was it nice. I'm thinking about heated pants as my next purchase.

Don't want to get too personal with my pants and all Ann, but my arse is freezing on my new BMW R1200R LC. Just ordered the last pair in my size from Revzilla. I have a heated comfort seat on the Spyder along with heated grips and only wear the heated Jacket liner by Gyde-Gerbing. Company is now back in control of there original heated gear.

 Geez...
It's 25 h3ere this morning...
How cold does it actually get out in Arizona and Nevada? :dontknow:
Nothing electrified here; just proper layering techniques!

It's 40 degrees here in North Las Vegas right now and if I go north from here 20 miles it's 30. Now add a little elevation and it's the low 20's. Speed limits are also higher, makes heated gear well worth it.

So it is 25 there, are you riding or layering the blankets on your sofa? Like Len (Highwayman) said the temps change quickly here and it is really nice to be able to adjust the thermostat instead of being over heated. I bought my heated liner for the Alaska trip but I am really liking it here.
