This will be my first Spyder event ... Looking forward to it .... Anything special I need to know?

Check the weather for your gear selection. Book hotel early. If you want some farkles see if you can wait for the event and book early with vendors to get then done! Figure out how you're going to take pictures - I.e. Passenger taking them or like I did, I had my camera mounted on handle bars with thumb trigger. And lastly, no matter what happens bring a smile - it's amazing scenery and even in last year's rain I was amazed at the beauty. It's an awesomely arranged event and you will have a blast.

Just called Ramada and they quoted the same $99/night group rate that is available at the Great Escape Lodge Is that correct? If so, I'm booking the Lodge while it's still available.

Yes, both places are the same price. I just talked with the folks at Gel and said rooms were booking up rather quickly. :thumbup:

Yesterday, the Maryland Spyder Web posted a trip to SpyderQuest on our web page, to include a three day tour through Pennsylvania, New York, and Vermont, getting there . . . and already, we have eight Spyders, ten people, signed up for it! 2015 is going to be a great year! :yes:
