• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Honda jumping into the 3 wheel world

Stange...

Seems to be a Russian vehicle from St Petersburg. Does have that mindbending 5 hp 2-stroke 49cc engine so not coming here... :roflblack: does well in Japan but then they tend to be smaller....;)

Eww... it looks like a roto-tiller, a mountain bike, and an aardvark all put together. :barf:

Sorry, I couldn't resist. No offense to those who might swing that way... to each their own... :dontknow:

I dunno, kinda clunky in the front and lean in the back . . . I’m thinking it looks more like a mechanical wart-hog (maybe the next generation’s version of a transformer).

I was very happy with the Hondas I owned, but that one wouldn't get a second look from me.

Not to mention that I can't picture putting my lard butt on that little thing!!!

That link takes us to an article about Asook's modified Honda Gyro - and btw, it's a pretty extreme mod!! :yikes: It puts the Gyro's back end up the front end & hangs a G string of a rear end off the back of the old rear end which is now the front end instead!! Got that straight?? :roflblack: I reckon it looks like the 'rider' might hafta kneel on the seat or floor boards to avoid having that rear tire do some pretty painful surgery every time it hits a bump!!

The REAL Honda Gyro is a conventional trike configuration with 2 drive wheels up the back, only the whole front section tilts, & they've been around for a while! They first hit the streets in about 1982, and I think that some versions are still being sold:

The real Honda Gyro's & variants are a lot more sedate looking than the Asook modified version; they are pretty agile & cheap to run, so they have been fairly popular as '1 person scooters' &/or 'light delivery vehicles' in Japanese cities - I've heard tell that some cities have more of them running around than NY has bike messengers!
