If any of you are having a heat problem between seat and the console box, I have found a cheap solution.
I got some weather striping with the sticky back, which are used on cargo trailer doors and it works very very well.. this is the type that has a hole in the center of the strip and it compresses quite well and doesn't prevent you from raising the seat.. Just make sure you stick it to the seat around the edge of the seat.. and you have reduced the heat big time.
