• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

How many Spyder Riders have had a Hip replacement? How does it work for you?

If a well done, a hip replacement works fine on the Spyder. In fact, I could go back to two wheels, my hips work great with the exception of flexibility. 1 of mine was "revised" 4 times due to infection, and is a MUCH larger replacement than normal. I have what you might call a hotspot too, which is a little more sensitive when seated. The stock seat was OK with it, but I could feel it. I just put an Ultimate seat on, and it seems to be great.

I've had my left hip done twice and both knees done. Only thing that affects me on a Spyder is the funky way I have to get on it, looks kinda comical actually LOL.
Left side of bike. put left leg close to bike close to bars, bend way forward and swing my right leg over the seat. No discomfort at all riding.
I think the reason being is I have floorboards and my legs are far forward while riding. When I had my Voyager I found the most comfortable position was my feet up on the highway pegs. Actually found it more comfortable than my truck.
