It's good to read that I'm not the only female (or small person) out there that had difficulty with their windshield. I'm 5' 2" tall and both of the BRP windshields (original and touring) left me feeling greatly fatigued.
At highway speeds the wind buffeting my head, neck, and chest was so strong that I couldn't even turn my head properly in order to look for traffic. Instead I had to rely on my side mirrors. In addition there was lots of wind noise, much more than when riding my motorcycles. So I tried Marcel July's F1 Evo III windshield. Unfortunately, that didn't work either. I felt a vacuum sensation in front of me, a pressure on my back, and the wind noise was even greater. The good news was that I was finally able to turn my head without feeling like it was being ripped off my body. Hooray, I think this may be progress! Next, I installed Marcel July's F1 Evo Slide windshield...and what a difference it was. :2thumbs: The air gap between the stationary part of the windshield and the slide part eliminated the vacuum issue. Being able to adjust the windshield to my needed height eliminated the pressure on my back. And, lo and behold the wind noise lessened. And that's not all folks...my 6' 3" tall husband is able to adjust the windshield to his needs as well. F1 Windshields and Marcel July really did their homework on this one. Kudos to you Marcel  ...Joan
P.S. Now if I can only get the handlebar issue resolved, I just may be able to really, really, really enjoy my ride. This weekend I'll be test riding another members Spyder that has the Kewlmetal handlebars installed on it...so stay tuned.
