Just want to give a great kudos to Jet World Power Sports out of Castaic California, My 2014 RTs Limited went into limp mode, 1,000 miles from home . Had it only 4 weeks and only 4,000 miles on her what the heck! codes showed CO2 sensor , but buds showed NO problem , with damn little help from BRP the service manager Mannie Leon and their mechanic( I can't remember his name) were left to figure it out by themselves. The tec from BRP would only send one text a day of what to try, after several days of waiting for BRP don't care , they started to try things on their own , coming in early and on their own time to resolve the issue and get us back on the road. As it turned out it was a bad coil that would never show up on buds. These guys at Jet World are great folks and if you need help you are in good hands with people that care . What most of us don't realize is that BRP gives them about half of what it takes to do this warranty work . But they treated me a total stranger that they may never see again as if I was a long time customer.Buy the way they have a fair selection of Spyders if you are in the area and looking, just saying in my opinion you would be in good hands.
