• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Kewlmetal adjustable risers

I have just purchased a 2009 Spyder RS and looking forward to some great rides, provided it ever stops raining in Indiana. My Spyder has a three inch riser but I would like to ride in a more upright position without sliding forward. Does anyone have experience with the Kewlmetal 3 way adjustable Risers? Thank you for your help.

A pain in the butt to adjust initially but after that, they are AWESOME! By the way, I sold my Spyder and just happen to have the risers available for sale, if your interested.

:agree: they were a huge hassle to adjust to my liking. But once that was accomplished, they are WONDERFUL. They were easy to install. I had some cable lenghth issues on the clutch side, but patience allowed me to get past them.

I have these, also.
I wasn't sure if I would like the look of them. But, it didn't take long for me to get used to them. Now, it's like they have been there all the time.

We had a bike shop install them. I haven't felt the need to adjust them at all since they were installed.

Good quality item!
You can see photos of them on my :spyder2: here:
