:coffee: ...Welcome back from a great weekend and a beautiful Mother's Day.
Indiana weather has been wonderful all weekend, currently 55°F.
Mom enjoyed the time and the wife's flowers. Then we spent the afternoon with my daughter and her husband.
He grilled excellent BBQ Chicken. She made a very challenging potato salad, an old family favorite of my Mother's Mom. You know the drill, they always leave some things out. ....:dontknow:

High today only 77°F with sunshine, low of 60°F.
Ryde today and enjoy some 'wind therapy'.

Have a Happy Day. .......

Wednesday 5/11/22

:coffee: Good Morning and Hello to Wednesday weather news from Indiana, currently 70°F. A few clouds and the birds are singing.
Indiana Farmers are working to make the best of our warm weather. Most were able to get into their fields yesterday and started the planting process. Calling for some rain showers Friday evening.

High 84°F with sunshine and some clouds. Low of 57°F.

Just had my third long Ryde Time yesterday. 3+ hours and had 112 miles of pure enjoyment. The wife was able to come along. We did lunch with some friends.

Have a Blessed Day My Friend. .....

Temps in the low to mid 70's throughout the middle of NC. Got a planned 2 day ride down to the coast and taking hwy 12 up to the Va border. Unfortunately there is a low parked just off the coast and it is creating high waves, wind, and rain. As of now parts of hwy 12 are closed and covered in sand. I decided to do this ride in the spring instead of the fall in order to avoid overwash. Hopefully things will be better and we can still get this in. As long as things clear up by early Sunday morning so that the ferry can make their run, and the sand is off hwy 12, we will do it. If not, we will work our way north from Morehead City and eventually get on 12 a little further north.

We are in a little better shape here in Utah because of the wet spring we have had,but it is just a bump in the amount of water that we need to start to come out of this drought we have been in for so long. The winds are dying down and we have had some beautiful days this week and today looks to be another one. Storms are moving in tonight and tomorrow but should be good by friday.Temple Riders, the group I ride with mostly is doing a Mystery Ride this Saturday and I will be leading part of it. We are supposed to have good but cool weather by then.

Here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, next week we are expecting highs around 90 with 85% humidity. We always just bypass Spring and jump right in to summer.

Thursday 5/12/22

:gaah:...Yesterday was a very hot day, got to 90°F. The normal temperatures for Indiana are 72°F in the month of May. So needless to say it was a 'hot one'. ...:spyder:

I did get out there early and was able to get some 'Smile Miles'. When I called it a day at noon the temperature was 87°F. Just way to hot to Ryde for me.

Currently 64°F with some clouds.
Today 86°F with sunshine, low 60°F.

Have yourself a Blessed Day. ....

Friday 5/13/22

:yikes:...No big deal breaker, the 13th is just another day.
Yesterday I finally got all my grass cut. The first time of this season. Indiana was blessed with a lot of rain this year. Currently clear skies and 59°F.

Today 86°F with lots of sunshine, low 63°F.
Indiana Farmers are getting ready for planting. They have been busy for the last 3 days. Some have started planting their corn.
Let the Season begin.

Ryde when you get the Time
Remember to always be Safe.......

Weekend Weather

Yes, another weekend is here to enjoy. Currently 63°F with some clouds and maybe rain showers coming today.
Well the hot days of Spring are coming to an end. I enjoyed the 88°F plus days we had in Indiana.

Most of the Indiana Farmers have been having good fortune in getting the Corn planted. Some had a little equipment issues. A lot of corn seeds are in the ground and ready for the rain.

Today we have a rain forecast in the afternoon.
High 82°F with some clouds and rain showers
coming. Low of 58°F.
Sunday's high is 85°F with some rain showers. Low of 54°F.

Have a Blessed Weekend. .....

It's currently 89 degrees here in the desert S.W. We are heading for a high of 101 today. Humidity is 9% and the wind is 1 MPH. Most of the Snowbirds have gone back to colder places for the summer. Our swimming pool is now left for the "regular" full time residences. Two of the three riding groups that I ride in have disbanded for the summer. The remaining Thursday group is now doing early morning breakfast rides. We start at 8 and are usually home by 11 AM. Leaves plenty of time for afternoon pool time. Stay safe..... Jim

Monday 5/16/22

I enjoyed my weekend, I hope you did too. Indiana weather was very hot for this time of year (88°,90°F). Currently 55°F with some clouds and sunshine.
Enjoyed early morning Spyder Ryde Time, to stay cool.

We had off and on rain showers this morning, received about a quarter of an inch of rain so far. Calling for the rain to stop around noon today.

Today's high only 75°F with some sunshine. Low of 54°F.
This is a much better temperature than the weekend.
So get out there early and enjoy some, 'Ryde Time' today.
You know what you need. ........

Well the weather here in Minnesota has been in the 60's and 70's for the most part, perfect weather for riding as far as I'm concerned. However since I had the cervical spine fusion surgery on C5 thru C7 on the 12th, I have to wait for another 5 weeks before the hard cervical collar comes off. Then maybe I can begin riding for the year. For now I'm walking about a half mile twice daily to start to get strength back in my back.

For those of you riding enjoy, stay safe and remember to SMILE.

It was 100 degrees at noon here in the desert S.W. Forecast to go to 102 today but it usually gets a few degrees hotter than the forecast. The wind is at 6 MPH and humidity at 7%. There are no clouds. Last night we had a good view of the Blood Moon Eclips. Stood outside and watched the last little sliver of white disappear and the moon turn completely deep red. Awesome. Stay safe..... Jim
