As an aside, I did try the powdered milk and was disappointed. It doesn't dissolve well in the hot coffee, leaving floating clumps no matter how much you stir it. Best taste nod in my book goes to heavy whipping cream, but that stuff is pretty much pure saturated fat. It does have a long shelf life compared to milk products though.

Interesting … I don't drink very Hot coffee and the powdered milk I use dissolves fine …. quicker actually than non-dairy creamer ….. To me since I don't drink real milk I'm not getting any Calcium in my diet, and at my age 73 I need some ….. non-dairy creamer doesn't provide any nutrients that I recall ….. Mike hyea:
